The third speaker at ED days is Johanna Bolin Tingvall from Spotify.
Johanna Bolin Tingvall is Global Head of GreenHouse; the Learning & Development and Talent Growth teams at Spotify with the mission to enable and empower learning for all, and really to be that greenhouse for growth! Building and nurturing a culture of continuous learning and homegrown talent. Johanna also heads up the global Community Experience team with the mission to elevate the employee experience, build community and a sense of connectedness, between bandmates, and to the company culture and mission.
Johanna is in her 10th year with Spotify and has been part of the journey of building the HR function and shaping company culture, a majority of the time in hyper-growth. She has 25 years of experience in business-driven HR and is a seasoned leader with experience from a variety of industries, from smaller start-ups to big multinationals. Most often with a focus on expansion and growth.
