Co-worker Manager
The role
Working with the fair team means you get to learn how to manage the logistics of a large project, and how to lead and supervise 60+ co-workers on the fair days.
The skills you will gain
You will direct the recruiting process of 60+ co-workers, allowing you to improve your interviewing skills. You will formulate an action plan and schedule for the fair days, which will improve your planning and organizational skills. Finally, in supervising and managing such a large group, you will drastically improve you leadership skills.
